Remember Kit Connor from Heartstopper? This is him now…
Kit Connor rose to fame for his role as the rugby heartthrob Nick Nelson in Netflix’s Heartstopper series. You may remember him looking like a sweet, 16-year-old schoolboy. Or, as Tao puts it in the series, he looks like a golden retriever.
But the 19-year-old bisexual actor looks slightly different in these new Instagram photos. Fitness coach Nathaniel Massiah shared a workout video and gym photos from his session with Connor on Sunday.

“Me and @kit.connor = average movie high schoolers,” Massiah captioned the post. The images show Connor working hard at the gym and flexing in front of the mirror. We will just leave the photos here.
The 25-minute YouTube video dives deeper into their training session. At the time of writing, the video has seventy-two thousand views. One user cleverly commented, “Heartstopper fans are getting their heart stopped by this video.” Yes, yes we are.
Kit Connor Bulks Up For Next Role
According to the video title, Connor is training for his next film. While we know the Heartstopper actor has a few more seasons ahead of him, he is also working on the Katherine Fairfax Wright-directed A Cuban Girl’s Guide to Tea and Tomorrow movie and Stefan van de Graaff’s horror film, One of Us. However, many fans hope all of the gym’s extra sessions are preparing Connor for a role in the Marcel Cinematic Universe.
Last November, Marvel announced the cast of the upcoming Disney+ series, Agatha: Coven of Chaos, which included Heartstopper‘s Joe Locke. Though Locke’s role in the project has not been confirmed, many believe he will play Wiccan, a powerful sorcerer and the son of the Scarlet Witch. Coincidentally, fans are eyeing Connor in their Young Avenger fan casting as Hulkling!
Hulkling is a superhuman shapeshifter who fights alongside the other Young Avengers and dates Wiccan. So if all the rumors are true, Locke and Connor could play lovers across multiple projects!
