Last week, Cristiano Ronaldo made headlines after an altercation on the field went viral. During last Sunday’s Real Madrid game, Jorge Resurrección Merodio (aka Koke) called him a “faggot”, and Ronaldo’s response was amazing.
Today, PokerStars launched a new #RaiseIt campaign featuring Ronaldo and basketball superstar Dwayne Wade. The 31-year-old footballer showcased his impressive ball skills in an effort to out-do Wade and encourage PokerStars players to outbid their opponents.

In response to the campaign, Ronaldo said, “Challenges often bring out the best in people and #raiseit is all about that so I’m really happy to be part of it. Creating these videos allowed Dwyane and I to showcase some crazy tricks, and take each other on outside of the pitch and court. I think I have set the bar high for Dwyane, so we’ll see what kind of skills he brings to the table in the next few months.”
Although Ronaldo has excellent ball-handling skills, we can’t stop thinking about handling his actual balls. C’mon, just look at that package bounce!
