Sasha Colby Spills on Drag, Dating, and Dressing Cam Brink on ‘Straight to Cam’

WNBA rising star Cameron Brink just got a little more fabulous. On the latest episode of Straight to Cam, Brink welcomes drag icon and RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 15 winner Sasha Colby for an honest and hilarious sit-down that covers everything from her first performance to her polyamorous dating life, with a few juicy celebrity moments sprinkled in.

Hosted by Brink and co-host Sydel Curry-Lee, Straight to Cam is quickly becoming a must-watch for fans of sports, pop culture, and unfiltered conversations. With Colby as this week’s guest, the show took a fabulously queer turn.

    Sasha’s Drag Origin Story

Colby opened up about the moment she first stepped into drag, on her 18th birthday. From that pivotal night to eventually snatching the crown on Drag Race, she walks Brink through her journey, explaining what it was like to compete on a reality show with high stakes, high heels, and plenty of backstage drama.

The winner of Season 15 also spilled behind-the-scenes tea: yes, those confessionals are filmed after the fact, and no, she doesn’t regret a single moment.

    Working with Pop Royalty

Colby shared her surreal experience working with Ariana Grande as part of the r.e.m. beauty campaign, calling the singer “an absolute angel.” She also recalled the thrill of introducing Chappell Roan at the VMAs, a moment that underscored her growing status as a cultural icon.

Dating in LA Is Rough, Even for a Queen

As the conversation turned toward love, Colby didn’t hold back. “Dating in LA is the hardest,” she said, citing a mix of flakiness, ego, and mismatched expectations as her biggest turn-offs. She also opened up about being polyamorous, explaining how she navigates those conversations with new partners, and what her dream date would look like (hint: it’s all about connection, not just chemistry).

The Tunnel Fit Debate and Cam’s Drag Dreams

In one of the episode’s most playful moments, Brink brought up a viral meme comparing fellow WNBA stars Caitlin Clark and Paige Bueckers’ tunnel fits. Colby didn’t miss a beat, lovingly roasting the drastically different styles.

Cam also revealed that she’s ready to get dragged up herself, alter ego and all. She even pitched the name for her future drag persona: Cherry. Naturally, Colby approved.

    Watch “Straight to Cam”

New episodes of Straight to Cam drop every Monday on YouTube and wherever you get your podcasts. With its mix of candid celeb interviews and casual, queer-friendly chaos, it’s fast becoming a cultural touchstone, and this episode with Sasha Colby is one for the books.

  • Tom of Finland Foundation Launches First Group Show Spotlighting Queer Myth and Mischief

Tom of Finland Foundation Launches First Group Show Spotlighting Queer Myth and Mischief

The Tom of Finland Foundation is bringing together over 60 LGBTQ+ artists from around the world for its first-ever group exhibition, FXLK PLAY: Mythmaking, Devotion, and Mischief. Opening September 13 at Long Hall in West Hollywood’s Plummer Park, the show pays tribute to the Foundation’s trailblazing Artist-in-Residence (A-i-R) program and the erotic legacy of TOM House in Echo Park.

The exhibition, which runs through October 12, transforms the gallery into a lush, immersive environment inspired by the archives and aesthetics of the legendary artist Tom of Finland. Curated by Jamison Edgar, FXLK PLAY captures the rebellious, sensual, and spiritual essence of queer creativity, all while honoring the artists who have lived and created within the walls of TOM House over the past 15 years.

A Celebration and a Defiant Act

For Edward Cella, CEO of the Tom of Finland Foundation, the timing of this debut group show isn’t just about celebration, it’s a necessary cultural response.

“As we celebrate over 40 years of this work, we’re also looking toward the next forty, asking what the future of Tom’s legacy can and should be,” Cella told Gayety. “We’re living through a time of increased censorship and rollback of queer and creative freedoms. This exhibition is both a celebration and a defiant act—amplifying artists who are shaping a more liberated and inclusive future.”

The opening day features remarks by Cella, a keynote by Edgar, a panel with artists-in-residence, and a public performance and reception from 5 to 8 p.m. The exhibit is free and open Thursdays through Sundays with docents on site.

    Mythmaking, Devotion, and Mischief

As the name suggests, FXLK PLAY explores themes central to queer experience: imagination, intimacy, and irreverence.

“Tom of Finland created a visual mythology that has shaped queer consciousness for generations,” Cella said. “The artists in this show respond to that myth while forging their own vision. Devotion describes the deep bond between artist, archive, and community. And then there’s mischief, because these artists are disruptors. They provoke dialogue and reorient how we see the world.”

The show is organized into four thematic sections:

    • “House of Gods” mines the Foundation’s massive archive, which includes over 1,000 works by Tom and 8,000 by other queer artists.
    • “Pleasure Park” explores how desire shapes physical space, drawing inspiration from TOM House’s gardens and intimate moments.
    • “Skeletons in the Closet” tackles taboo, kink, race, and gender – featuring a listening station with reflections from past residents.
    • “DOM TOM” honors Tom of Finland’s legacy of erotic resistance, showcasing contemporary artists pushing those boundaries further.

A Living Pantheon of Queer Creativity

Founded in 1984, the Foundation has long served as a safe haven for LGBTQ+ artists facing censorship and marginalization. Its Artist-in-Residence program, now in its 15th year, is central to that mission.

“Artists arrive with a sense of curiosity and leave with a sense of conviction,” Cella explained. “Many describe it as a second coming out—where their practice becomes more intimate, bold, and unapologetically queer.”

More than just a studio, TOM House is a “living archive, a sanctuary, and a spark,” according to Cella. “It invites experimentation without judgment. Artists are free to explore sexuality, identity, and community without constraint.”

    Global Talent and Lasting Impact

The list of participating artists is expansive, ranging from emerging talent to internationally recognized names like Pol Anglada, who has collaborated with brands like JW Anderson and Moncler, and Stuart Sandford, whose work resides in the Elton John and David Furnish Photography Collection.

“One of the most powerful outcomes has been witnessing how artists carry the spirit of TOM House back into their own communities,” said Cella. “The residency becomes a catalyst. It has created an international constellation of queer creatives whose voices amplify the Foundation’s mission in their own ways.”

    Reframing Eroticism as Power

At the heart of the show, and the Foundation itself, is a bold assertion: that eroticism is integral to queer identity, not something to be sanitized.

“Sexuality is inseparable from queer identity. To ask artists to exclude eroticism is to ask them to censor themselves,” said Cella. “This exhibition creates space for unfiltered expression. Desire is not something to be hidden, it’s something to be honored.”

    Looking Ahead

With the support of the City of West Hollywood and the John Burton Harter Foundation, FXLK PLAY also includes a schedule of public programming and collaborations with local businesses and arts groups.

“Community is the foundation of our mission,” said Cella. “These collaborations help us expand access and foster shared purpose. In today’s climate, solidarity across institutions is critical.”

Looking to the future, the Foundation has big plans. Cella outlined goals to expand curatorial programming, increase accessibility to the archives, and ensure TOM House’s physical preservation.

“We’re building a future where the Foundation serves an even broader spectrum of queer identities,” he said.

    How to Get Involved

The Foundation welcomes participation beyond gallery visits. From tours and events to volunteering and digital engagement, there are countless ways to support.

“The Foundation belongs to everyone who sees a part of themselves in Tom’s work,” Cella said. “We’re here to meet them, wherever they are.”

  • Charli XCX Marries George Daniel in a Chic London Ceremony Fit for a Brat Icon

Charli XCX Marries George Daniel in a Chic London Ceremony Fit for a Brat Icon

Charli XCX is officially a married woman, and she did it with style, sass, and a sprinkle of silver-plattered cigarettes. The “Brat” pop provocateur tied the knot with The 1975 drummer George Daniel on Saturday, July 19, in a low-key yet effortlessly cool ceremony at Hackney Town Hall in London.

A Wedding as Stylish as the Bride Herself

The nuptials were an intimate affair, with just close family and friends in attendance, including Daniel’s bandmates Ross MacDonald and Adam Hann. Notably missing was frontman Matty Healy, who was attending the premiere of I Know What You Did Last Summer, starring his fiancée (and Charli’s “360” video muse) Gabbriette Bechtel.

Charli, whose real name is Charlotte Aitchison, wore a draped ivory satin Vivienne Westwood mini dress paired with Jimmy Choo slingback heels and a fingertip veil. Naturally, she accessorized with her signature oversized black sunglasses for a fashion-forward edge. Daniel kept things sleek in a classic suit, letting his bride steal the show.

TikToks, Teacups, and a Touch of Brat

The bride wasted no time in turning her big day into viral content. Charli posted a TikTok the day after the wedding, showing off her gown to the sound of her own song “Girl, So Confusing.” The caption? “When George isn’t crying when he sees me walking down the aisle.” (Spoiler: he did cry. Lucky him.)

Later, she posted another clip from the after-party, revealing a second look, a Saint Laurent white baby doll dress with long sleeves, as she danced with her friends to Far East Movement’s club banger “Like a G6.” George, ever the supportive husband, joined in on the fun, playfully wearing her veil and smoking a cigarette shirtless in front of a fan. Very on brand.

Pasta, Champagne, and Cigarettes, Brat Style

Following the ceremony, the newlyweds and guests headed to the nearby Italian hotspot Dalla for a family-style meal complete with pasta, bubbly, and paparazzi-worthy street style. According to The Sun, they skipped the limos and walked down Hackney High Street instead, with pedestrians doing double takes.

And yes, they did follow through with their now-iconic wedding plan: silver trays filled with skinny cigarettes for guests. The idea, originally revealed on the Anything Goes with Emma Chamberlain podcast, added an extra layer of brat-chic flair to the evening. Instagram Stories from DJ Alex Chapman confirmed the luxurious detail.

    A Romance Spun From Music

Charli and George first met in 2021 while collaborating on the song “Spinning.” Their creative chemistry soon turned into a real-life relationship. By November 2023, Charli announced their engagement with a cheeky Instagram caption:

“charli xcx and george daniel f—ing for life!!!”

With the wedding behind them, the couple seems poised to ride the high of Brat summer well into a bratty honeymoon season. Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. XCX, we wouldn’t expect anything less than maximalist minimalism from pop’s most chaotic-cool bride.

Nicole Kidman and Sandra Bullock Reunite for ‘Practical Magic 2’ in First Look from the Set

The witches are back, and the magic is just getting started.

Nicole Kidman has shared the very first peek behind the scenes of Practical Magic 2, and longtime fans of the 1998 cult classic are already under its spell. The Oscar-winning actress took to Instagram to post a heartfelt video of her and co-star Sandra Bullock on set, officially kicking off production of the much-anticipated sequel.

“The witches are back,” Kidman wrote in the caption. “The Owens sisters’ first day on set!”

    A Magical Reunion

In the brief video, Kidman and Bullock embrace in front of a cemetery headstone, an appropriately spooky and sentimental setting for the return of the Owens sisters, Gillian and Sally. Their on-screen bond, which captured hearts more than two decades ago, remains as enchanting as ever.

The original Practical Magic, based on Alice Hoffman’s novel, followed two orphaned sisters raised by their eccentric witchy aunts. Together, they navigate love, loss, and the deadly consequences of a family curse that dooms any man they fall in love with. While plot details for the sequel are under wraps, the film is reportedly inspired by one of Hoffman’s later entries in the Practical Magic book series.

Nicole Kidman and Sandra Bullock are back as the Owens sisters in Practical Magic 2. Here's everything we know, including new cast and set photos.

A Cast Worth Casting a Spell For

Kidman and Bullock aren’t the only familiar faces returning to the screen. Dianne Wiest and Stockard Channing will reprise their beloved roles as Aunt Jet and Aunt Frances, respectively, two characters who’ve been internet meme queens long before that was even a thing.

And joining this coven of powerhouses is a new generation of stars: Lee Pace (Pushing Daisies), Joey King (The Kissing Booth, The Act), Maisie Williams (Game of Thrones), Xolo Maridueña (Blue Beetle), and Solly McLeod (The Dead Don’t Hurt). King is reportedly playing the daughter of Bullock’s character, Sally.

A Powerful Team Behind the Camera

Practical Magic 2 is directed by Susanne Bier, whose previous collaborations with both Kidman (The Undoing, The Perfect Couple) and Bullock (Bird Box) promise a thoughtful and emotionally resonant tone. The script is penned by Akiva Goldsman, who co-wrote the original screenplay, alongside Succession writer Georgia Pritchett. With this mix of returning talent and fresh creative minds, the sequel has all the ingredients for a modern magical classic.

Mark Your Calendars (and Your Spellbooks)

Practical Magic 2 will hit theaters on September 18, 2026. With Kidman and Bullock back in black (and likely cloaks), a powerhouse cast, and a fanbase more enchanted than ever, the sequel is shaping up to be a major moment in movie magic.

  • These LGBTQ+ Kiss Cam Moments Were Iconic, Unlike That Viral Coldplay CEO Scandal

These LGBTQ+ Kiss Cam Moments Were Iconic, Unlike That Viral Coldplay CEO Scandal

When a Coldplay concert turned into an HR nightmare, the internet couldn’t look away.

Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and his Chief People Officer, Kristin Cabot, sparked a frenzy online after they appeared together on the kiss cam during Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres tour stop in Boston. The camera found them mid-snuggle, until Byron, who is married, panicked and dropped his arm faster than a bad stock. Cabot spun away awkwardly, and the moment quickly became internet gold.

Chris Martin tried to lighten the mood with a cheeky “Either they’re having an affair or they’re very shy,” but the damage was done. The couple’s dodgy reaction only fanned the flames, and within hours, the footage had gone viral across X, TikTok, and Instagram. Commenters pointed out the poor judgment, the irony of the HR chief being involved, and expressed sympathy for Byron’s wife, who has since removed his last name from her social media accounts.

What could’ve been a cute concert moment became a case study in how not to handle PDA. And while the straights spiral in scandal, we’d like to redirect your attention to the kiss cam moments that actually make us smile: the queer ones.

Kiss Cams That Got It Right (AKA: Not an HR Violation in Sight)

While that Coldplay kiss cam gave us viral chaos, the LGBTQ+ community has long been delivering public affection that’s joyful, affirming, and drama-free. Sports arenas and concerts across the country have slowly but surely started reflecting that reality, placing queer couples front and center in kiss cam traditions once reserved for hetero PDA.

Over the past few years, teams like the St. Louis Cardinals, LA Dodgers, New York Knicks, and even the Lakers have featured same-sex couples on the big screen, often during Pride Nights. And unlike that awkward Coldplay footage, these moments are met with cheers, not cringes.

What sets these moments apart isn’t just the lack of scandal. It’s that they’re about actual love, not secrecy. There’s no PR fallout, no LinkedIn damage control, and certainly no HR chief looking like they just saw a ghost. It’s just people being seen, and celebrated, for who they are and who they love.

In a world where straight people keep getting caught in 4K doing the absolute most, queer couples are showing how it’s done. Public affection doesn’t need to end in a breakup, or a board meeting. Sometimes, it just ends with applause from the crowd and a few happy tears.

So while the Coldplay tour rolls on, and the internet continues to roast one CEO’s decision-making skills, we’re keeping our eyes on the jumbotrons lighting up with actual heart. The kind that doesn’t go viral for the wrong reasons.

Paris Hilton Shares Throwback Clap Back at Haters as Tomorrowland Grapples With Main Stage Fire

Tomorrowland may be known for epic drops and pyrotechnic spectacle, but this year, the drama started before the bass even dropped. As organizers scrambled to recover from a devastating fire that destroyed the festival’s main stage just days before opening, Paris Hilton was busy reigniting a different kind of flame, one directed straight at her past critics.

Paris Hilton Has Entered the (Turn)table

The “Stars Are Blind” singer-turned-DJ turned to social media and took a moment reminisce on a powerful clap back she did at her 2023 Tomorrowland set. According to Hilton, two festival-goers were waving a sign that claimed she wasn’t playing live.

Rather than ignore the shade or let it derail her set, Hilton turned the moment into a mic-drop-worthy clapback:

“This is dedicated to the two haters at the front holding signs up saying I’m not playing live. ’Cause honey, yes I f*cking am,” she said from the booth. “Sorry I’m a girl. I’m hot, I’m blonde—we can do everything.”

She reshared the moment on social media, reminding fans and critics alike that she’s not just pressing play. The heiress, who trained for over two years at Garnish Music Production School in Los Angeles, is repping both glam and grit behind the decks.

One fan even suggested turning the soundbite into a song, to which Hilton replied, “Yas I love this idea.” If her next track samples her own viral speech, don’t act surprised.

    A Fire at Tomorrowland’s Core

While Hilton was taking a stroll down memory lane, Tomorrowland organizers were dealing with a fiery blaze that came out of nowhere. Just two days before the world-renowned festival was set to kick off, a serious fire broke out at the main stage in Boom, Belgium.

Roughly 1,000 staff members were evacuated safely, and no injuries were reported. However, the damage to the iconic stage was significant enough to force organizers into emergency planning mode.

    According to Tomorrowland’s official statement:

“Due to a serious incident and fire on the Tomorrowland Mainstage, our beloved Mainstage has been severely damaged. We can confirm that no one was injured during the incident.”

The Show Must Go On (Somehow)

Despite the setback, the festival has decided not to cancel. The DreamVille campsite opened as scheduled on Thursday, and organizers are reportedly working around the clock to reconfigure performances and ensure the weekend still delivers the magic Tomorrowland is known for.

Global Journey activities, set in Brussels and Antwerp, are still moving forward unaffected, and performers like David Guetta, Charlotte De Witte, and Martin Garrix remain confirmed.

Still, it’s unclear exactly what the main concert experience will look like without its centerpiece. For now, fans can only hope the reimagined layout brings a new kind of Tomorrowland magic, and maybe a few surprise sets.

    One Fire Extinguished, Another Ignited

While the Tomorrowland team handles logistics in the wake of a literal firestorm, Paris Hilton continues to prove she’s unbothered and booked. Her viral moment may not have happened on the scorched main stage, but it lit up the internet just the same.

As Hilton herself said: she’s hot, she’s blonde, and she’s doing everything. including shutting down DJ doubters while the world watches.

Jamie Lee Curtis, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and More Stun at the 2025 Las Culturistas Culture Awards

The 2025 Las Culturistas Culture Awards didn’t just deliver high-concept absurdity and internet-core award categories. It also brought out a jaw-dropping lineup of celebrities for one of the most deliciously unhinged red carpets of the year.

Hosted by Las Culturistas podcast icons Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers, the annual celebration of all things queer, chaotic, and culturally resonant transformed the Orpheum Theatre into a glittery playground of famous faces, fabulous fits, and unapologetic weirdness.

A Red Carpet Roster to Gag Over

Hollywood heavyweights and cult-favorite comedians rubbed shoulders with Bravolebrities and podcast icons on the carpet, proving that this event has officially entered the pop culture big leagues.

Jamie Lee Curtis turned heads with her signature silver glam, while Sarah Michelle Gellar gave fans a blast of ‘90s nostalgia. Allison Janney and Quinta Brunson brought red carpet elegance, and Megan Stalter, forever the Gen Z chaos queen, kept things unpredictable in the best way possible with her Diet Coke couture.

Also spotted strutting through the night: Alison Brie, Dave Franco, Kristen Wiig, Mindy Kaling, Kenan Thompson, Ben Platt, and Joel Kim Booster, each bringing their own flavor of Hollywood cool, or camp.

The guest list also included Aidy Bryant, Rachel Bloom, Ana Gasteyer, Jeff Goldblum, and Benito Skinner (aka Benny Drama), adding even more cred to the night’s comedic pedigree.

    @bravotv

The Las Culturistas #cultureawards2025 red carpet was full of icons. 👏 Don’t miss it August 5th on Bravo and streaming on @Peacock!

    Bravo Royalty Reigns

If there were a separate carpet just for Bravo stars, it would’ve needed its own theater.

Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen made his presence known as the night’s unofficial Bravolebrity chaperone, while The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City dominated the carpet. Lisa Barlow, Heather Gay, Angie Katsanevas, Meredith Marks, Mary M. Cosby, and more showed up and showed out, dressed for either a gala or a reunion taping (same energy, really).

The Ceremony: A Love Letter to Cultural Specificity

Though the red carpet was packed with star power, the awards themselves didn’t exactly follow the rules of traditional Hollywood. The Las Culturistas Culture Awards are known for categories that feel pulled from a group chat at 2 a.m., like “Worst Sticky Feeling,” “Grief of the Year,” and “Best Lunch” (a hotly contested matchup of tomato soup, grilled cheese, and free food).

With more than 100 hyper-specific and laugh-out-loud categories, the ceremony poked fun at, and paid tribute to, the cultural quirks that defined the year. From iconic buildings to the best Trader Joe’s bangers, nothing was off-limits.

    Tune In and Take Notes

The 2025 Las Culturistas Culture Awards will air Tuesday, August 5 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.

While the awards themselves remain a hilarious fever dream of queer-coded chaos, it’s clear the Culture Awards are now a serious red carpet moment, `where Vogue icons, Housewives legends, and comedy nerds can all sashay in harmony. Because at Las Culturistas, culture is camp. And camp is everything.

Nicki Minaj Unleashes Scathing Takedown of SZA, Hints at Drama with Drake and Beyoncé

Nicki Minaj and SZA’s simmering tension has erupted into a full-scale feud, with Minaj taking to social media to air out grievances, drop unfiltered accusations, and name-drop some of the biggest names in music. In a fiery post shared late Tuesday, the rapper called out SZA directly, and didn’t stop there, also looping in longtime collaborators Drake, Beyoncé, and music executive Gee Roberson.

The feud, which began with subtle shade and cryptic tweets, has officially entered its messiest chapter yet.

Nicki Claims She Passed on “Rich Baby Daddy” Track

Minaj started her late-night rant by revealing she had declined a feature on “Rich Baby Daddy,” the chart-topping collaboration between Drake and Sexyy Red. The song had previously been linked to SZA as a rumored remix contributor.

“He wanted me and Sexy on it. I still have the version of just Drake and Sexy,” Minaj wrote, adding that she turned it down to prioritize creative control over her Pink Friday 2 era.

She explained, “I wanted my next collab with Drake to be something meaningful, not a club record. Meanwhile, Miss Thing is still out here doing her best for him daily.”

The pointed comments, though marked by sarcasm and some NSFW insinuations, set the internet ablaze. Within minutes, the hashtag #Dricki, a mashup of Drake and Nicki, was trending on X (formerly Twitter).

Minaj Mocks SZA’s Beyoncé Writing Claims

Next, Minaj shifted gears to challenge SZA’s repeated insinuations that she played a behind-the-scenes role in writing for Beyoncé.

“This woman wants a Grammy just for hinting she touched a Google Doc Beyoncé opened,” Minaj quipped. She specifically referenced their 2015 joint track “Feeling Myself,” claiming Beyoncé’s vocals were already in place before Minaj recorded her verses.

According to Minaj, the two artists debated over who should sing the now-iconic line “Cooking up the bass, looking like a kilo.”

“Bey was like, ‘You sing it.’ I said, ‘Nooo, you sing it!’” Minaj recalled, adding, “Then she said in her calm Texas voice, ‘Yes, you can.’”

“These Girls Have No Identity”: Nicki’s Final Blow

Minaj ended her post with a sweeping criticism of unnamed “industry girls” who she believes lack originality, a statement many interpreted as another jab at SZA.

“She needed two whole days to be coached on how to respond,” Minaj wrote. “They can’t freestyle a tweet, let alone a track.”

It was a clear sign the gloves were off and that this feud had moved well beyond mere subtweets.

SZA Responds with Receipts and Resilience

The blowout follows SZA’s subtle response to a previous Minaj comment, where the singer told fans, “Don’t take the bait lol silly goose.” That seemingly light remark clearly hit a nerve with Minaj, who spiraled into a flurry of tweets questioning SZA’s artistry, appearance, and career longevity.

At one point, Minaj even questioned the impact of SZA’s chart-topping album SOS, tweeting: “If every song she ever made vanished, the music industry wouldn’t miss her.”

SZA fired back by posting what she claims were text receipts of Minaj asking for collaborations, twice. “Nicki, you know my music. You’ve quoted it. You’ve requested features. Stop pretending,” she wrote.

She also addressed the harsh treatment she receives online, saying, “I get bullied by millions daily then step out into sold-out stadiums. That’s real love. My parents are healthy. I’m thriving.”

A Celebrity Clash for the Ages?

While neither Beyoncé nor Drake has commented on the fallout, fan theories and stan wars are raging across platforms. Whether this feud will cool off or continue to heat up remains to be seen, but one thing’s clear: the pop girl detente is officially over.

Lady Gaga Adds New Songs for U.S. Kickoff of Her Mayhem Ball Tour in Las Vegas

Lady Gaga launched her highly anticipated Mayhem Ball tour Wednesday night in Las Vegas, and true to its name, it delivered glitter, grit and glorious chaos.

Taking over the T-Mobile Arena, Gaga gave fans a high-octane mix of career-defining hits, new tracks from her Mayhem album, and just enough theatrical flair to make you wonder if Broadway had relocated to the Strip.

A Familiar Blueprint With Fresh Twists

The tour’s opening night closely mirrored the structure of her headline-making Coachella sets from earlier this year, but with several major shakeups in the second half. Longtime fan favorites “Just Dance,” “Applause,” and the deep cut “Summerboy” made triumphant returns to the stage. “Summerboy,” a track from The Fame, hadn’t been performed in 18 years, making it one of the night’s rarest gems.

Gaga also debuted the Mayhem track “Kill for Love” live for the first time, adding to the evolving mythology of her latest era.

Gondolas, Grit, and a Gothic Encore

Never one to play it safe, Gaga gave her Oscar-winning ballad “Shallow” a complete visual makeover, performing the song mid-air from a Venetian gondola suspended above the crowd. (Because why not?)

Her live version of “Die With a Smile,” the fan-favorite Bruno Mars collab, was also reimagined, stripped of its past polish and injected with moody new energy.

And just when audiences thought the spectacle had ended, after the dramatic crescendo of “Bad Romance” and faux end credits rolled, Gaga pulled a Marvel-style twist. The lights stayed down, the big screens lit up with backstage footage, and the pop powerhouse returned in a Cramps t-shirt for a gritty encore of “How Bad Do U Want Me.” Though it had popped up in previous performances this year, this was the track’s debut as a surprise closer.

    A Compact But Power-Packed Tour

While her 2025 U.S. run is limited to just six cities, Gaga is making each stop count. She’ll play multi-night stints in Las Vegas, Seattle, New York, Miami, Toronto and Chicago through September 17 before taking the show overseas to London, Stockholm, Rome, Paris and more. The European leg currently wraps November 20.

Compared to her previous Chromatica stadium tour, this arena-based trek is a more intimate experience. But given the demand, and the scale of her spectacle, it feels less like an underplay and more like a calculated tease.

As for what 2026 holds? Gaga hasn’t said. But if the opening night of Mayhem Ball proved anything, it’s that she still knows how to keep fans guessing, and gasping.

  • Pedro Pascal Explains ‘C*nty’ to Vanessa Kirby in the Most Fabulous Way

Pedro Pascal Explains ‘C*nty’ to Vanessa Kirby in the Most Fabulous Way

Pedro Pascal is many things, acclaimed actor, Internet’s favorite zaddy, and now, queer slang interpreter. While promoting Marvel’s upcoming Fantastic Four: The First Steps, Pascal gave co-star Vanessa Kirby a heartfelt (and hysterical) lesson in one of the queer community’s most powerful adjectives: cunty.

    Pedro Pascal, Queer Lexicon Professor

The moment happened during an interview with Australian outlet Pedestrian TV, where journalist Bek Manibog complimented Kirby’s intense performance look as Invisible Woman.

“You’re giving forcefield snatched cunty fierceness face,” Manibog said, referring to Kirby’s superhero power pose.

Kirby, understandably caught off guard, looked puzzled. “I don’t know if that’s a good thing,” she said.

Cue Pedro Pascal with the rescue, and the receipts.

“Cunty face is good, babe,” he assured her, without missing a beat. “Cunty face just means fierce, fabulous, beautiful, strong. It’s good, it’s good.”

And just like that, Vanessa Kirby received her honorary queer linguistics degree, courtesy of Professor Pascal.

A Message for Trans Fans Down Under

As the conversation wrapped, Manibog thanked Pascal for his well-known support of the LGBTQ+ community, particularly the trans community, and asked if he had a message for his trans fans in Australia.

“You are a symbol of courage and you inspire fear in those that are afraid of being their true selves,” Pascal said earnestly. “And I think that that’s the threat. Your joy and your radical bravery in living your life in joy.”

It’s a reminder that his allyship isn’t performative, it’s personal. In June, Pascal drew headlines after publicly denouncing transphobia online, prompting backlash from the usual suspects including J.K. Rowling and Martina Navratilova.

But Pascal remains unbothered, and unwavering.

Whether he’s teaching Marvel co-stars the art of the “cunty face” or showing up for queer fans around the globe, Pedro Pascal continues to prove that he’s not just the Internet’s daddy, he’s also one of its most devoted allies.
