‘Loki’ Season 2 Trailer is Full of Owen Wilson and Tom Hiddleston Bromance

The bisexual God has returned!

It’s been a little over a year since Disney+ first released the Marvel original series dedicated to the adventures of our favorite Norse trickster. Now, Loki (played by the handsome Tom Hiddleston) is back, and he’s causing even more trouble in the timeline.

Loki Comes Out

Fans rejoiced last season when the God of Mischief finally confirmed his sexuality in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and became the first lead canonically queer character.

Here is how the conversation between him and Sylvie (an alternate version of Loki played by Sophia Di Martino) went down in season one.

“How about you? You’re a prince. Must have been would-be princesses. Or perhaps another prince?” Sylvie asks

“A bit of both,” Loki replies. “I suspect the same as you. But nothing ever-“

“-real,” Sylvie finishes.

In season two, we see the return of Sylvie and of Mobius, a former Time Variance Authority agent specialized in investigating and analyzing particularly dangerous time criminals – such as every version of Loki. The two grew close the first season, and they only get closer as time progresses. Much to the delight of many Lokius fans.

What is Loki Season Two About?

According to Marvel, the season will follow “Mobius, Hunter B-15, and a team of new and returning characters, as Loki navigates an ever-expanding and increasingly dangerous Multiverse in search of Sylvie, Judge Renslayer, Miss Minutes, and the truth of what it means to possess free will and glorious purpose.”

The trailer also shows the return of the infamous Kang the Conqueror and introduces a new character played by Oscar winner Ke Huy Quan.

Season 2 of Loki will premiere on Disney+ on October 6.
