Tom Daley and his diving partner Dan Goodfellow competed in the men’s synchronized 10-meter platform event today and won bronze medals. This dive marks the first time Daley’s placed in the men’s synchronized event; in 2012 he and former diving partner Peter Waterfield placed fourth, and in 2008 he and Blake Aldridge placed eighth.
To celebrate their win, the muscle twinks posted selfie on Instagram. Daley caption his photo, “OLYMPIC BRONZE MEDALISTS!! I can’t believe it!! So proud of you @dannielgoodfellow :)”.

On August 19, Daley will have one last shot at Olympic gold when he competes in the men’s 10-meter platform event. At the London Games, Daley took home a bronze medal in the same event, so if he places in second or first, it will be a monumental win for the 22-year-old diver.
Fingers crossed.
