βQuads are popping.β
Tom Daley is trainingβ¦hard. In preparation for a new kind of challenge, the out Olympian has been training for cold water swimming. All of this means new swimwear, and a new set of quads to boot.
Fortunately for us, heβs decided to document his journey. βHere are some pics of me getting used to cold water swimming!β Daley wrote on Instagram. Pictured wearing a wetsuit in the first shot, not even a thick layer of rubber can hide his six-pack.

For a Good Cause

The event, called ββHell of A Homecoming, is going to be a very new experience for Daley. βIβve never done anything like this before,β he said in a video for Comic Relief. βIβve trained for the Olympics, but Iβve never done any kind of endurance training, let alone swimming in that freezing water.β
βWhy did I say yes?β Daley joked. Of course, the elite diver will be braving these frigid temperatures for a good cause. βLet me tell you, itβs coldβ

The Gift That Keeps on Giving
Like a gift that keeps on giving, Daley went back to Instagram to show us his progress with cycling training. This time the athlete showed off his abs, sweating and pedaling in a cycling singlet.
According to Daley he has been training for the last 9 weeks and it all starts on Monday, February 14th. While weβre celebrating (or resenting) Valentine’s Day, Tom Daley will be out there putting those thighs to good use.
