The Tits Out Tour will take Kesha and the Scissor Sisters across North America, with a final performance on August 10 in Tampa, Florida.     Joining Jennifer Lopez and Troye Sivan at the festival are a slew of chart-topping performers and influencers. RuPaul, the drag legend known for his groundbreaking contributions to LGBTQ+ visibility, will be taking the stage, alongside Paris Hilton, whose impact on pop culture and LGBTQ+ communities has been felt for decades.
